摘要
文化孕育着道德人格。道德人格实质上是一种无法看到但却可以感受到的文化品位。长期以来,大学道德教育偏重于理论知识传授,忽略了大学生道德人格的养成过程,因而影响了教育的效果。而大学生道德人格养成的关键在于文化教化,它是理论传输的强化环节,从根本上说是一种体验教育。这种体验教育不应是单向的,而应是多维的,它应在文化实践中多方式、多渠道地展开,因为红色文化教育孕育道德情感,警示文化教育培育道德理性,劳动文化教育锻造道德意志,可以使大学生在三维向度的教育与感化中,提升道德情操,激发道德情怀,从而成长为具有高尚道德人格的人。
Culture breeds moral personality which is actually a kind of cultural taste unable to see, but able to feel . For a long time, moral education in universities has laid particular stress on theoretical instruction, neglecting the process in which the moral personality of undergraduates is formed, thus the effectiveness of such education is unsatisfactory. However, the key to cultivating the morals personality lies in the cultural moralization which is one kind of experience education to strengthen the theory transmission fundamentally. This experience education should not be unidirectional, but multi- dimensional, carried out in various ways in the cultural practice. As Red culture education breeds moral feelings; Warning culture education fosters moral reasoning and Labour culture education forges moral will, the undergraduates can improve their moral sentiments and moods in this three-dimensions way, thus making themselves a moral person.
