大庆石化公司常减压装置的腐蚀按其腐蚀环境分为低温和高温腐蚀。文中分析了装置腐蚀的机理,指出了腐蚀形态和影响腐蚀的因素。并提出了低温腐蚀的防腐措施应以"一脱三注"的工艺防腐为主、设备选材为辅;高温腐蚀的防腐措施应以设备选材防腐为主、工艺防腐为辅。

The corrosion of Oil refinery’s Atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is divided into low temperature and high temperature corrosion based on the corrosion environments.This paper analyzed the corrosion mechanism and indicated corrosion forms and factors affecting corrosion.It also pointed out the corrosion protection measures in which the process corrosion protection of 'one-removing and three-injecting' should be taken as the main measure and the equipment material selection should be taken as the auxiliary measure.
