This paper,Based on the actual application situation of the traditional operator communication network,analyzed the structure mode of the present power communication network,presented the model for reliability analysis based on layered setting project indicators,expounded the analyzing method for reliability of the power communication network,and has a guiding function for maintaining the smooth operation of the communication networks used in the petrochemical industry.
