黑龙江省通河县农民专业合作社贡献能力评价

Evaluation on Contribution Ability of Farmers' Specialized Cooperatives of Tonghe County in Heilongjiang Province

黑龙江省通河县农民专业合作社发展迅速,并成为农民增收的重要途径。本文以通河县各乡镇的农民专业合作社为样本,基于2010年2月的实地调查数据,利用主成分分析法对通河县各乡镇农民专业合作社的贡献能力进行了综合评价与排序。实证分析结果表明,通河县农民专业合作社的发展尚处于起步阶段,经济规模小、服务能力弱是制约合作社发展的主要因素,农民专业合作社发展与政府扶持政策直接相关。

In recent years, farmers＇specialized cooperatives of Tonghe County in Heilongjiang Province have developed rapidly, which becomes an important way of increasing local farmers income. Based on the spot investigation data about farmers＇specialized cooperatives of all villages in Tonghe county, this paper evaluated the contribution ability of farmers specialized cooperatives in each village through the method of principal component analysis. The empirical result showed that the current development situation of farmers specialized cooperatives of Tonghe county was not satisfactory. And the result also exposed many problems, such as the small scale, the weak service ability and the development imbalance of cooperatives in different areas.
