区域生态农业循环经济模式的研究及应用——以黑龙江省尚志市为例

Research and Application of Model of Recycling Economy Medel Based on Eco-regional Agriculture-Case of Shangzhi,Heilongjiang Province

以东北农业大学市校科技合作共建项目为依托,结合尚志市的地域特点和主导农业产业结构优势,利用科技成果转化的方式把科研项目与农业生产实践相结合,在尚志市开展生态农业循环经济模式的研究。经过3年的实践摸索,已总结形成一套符合实际、行之有效的模式——区域生态农业循环经济模式,该模式将农业产业化与农业循环经济发展相结合,其应用效果显著,对我省生态农业循环经济模式的进一步推广有深远意义。

Relied on the scientific and technological cooperation projects built between Northeast Agricultural University and Shangzhi County, and according to the geographical features and advantage of leading agricultural industry structure in Shangzhi, the research of recycling economy model based on eco-regional agriculture was carried out by Northeast Agricultural University through making use of the way of scientific and technological achievements conversion to combine with the research projects and agricultural production practice. After three years practice and exploration, a set of realistic and effective models---the models of recycling economy based on eco-regional agriculture have summed up. The models gained outstanding application effect, combined with the industrialization of agriculture and the development of agricultural recycling economy. The models have far-reaching significance for Heilongjiang Province to further promote the model of recycling economy based on eco-regional agriculture.
