摘要
以6种扁桃(5种国外品种,1种新疆地方品种)的1年生休眠枝条为试材,采取人工模拟外界环境的方法对6种扁桃休眠枝条进行了不同梯度的低温(-12^-36℃)处理,并测定其6种扁桃休眠枝条的电解质渗出率,配合Logistic方程对各品种扁桃休眠枝条的低温半致死温度进行了拟合。结果表明:随处理温度的不断降低,6种扁桃枝条组织的电解质渗出率变化幅度呈现明显的"S"形变化曲线;在-14.28^-21.52℃时,各品种扁桃枝条的半致死温度(LT50)先后出现;不同品种间表现出一定差异性,主要集中在-16^-19℃;新疆本地品种的扁桃枝条抗寒力最强。
In this peper,annual dormant branches from six different varieties of almond(5 foreign varieties and 1 Xinjiang local variety) were used to investigate the influence of the semi-lethal temperature(LT50) on six varieties of almond.The changes of leakage ratio of electrolyte of the branches which were treated under different artificial simulated low temperature were studied.The semi-lethal temperature(LT50)was obtained on the basis of conductivity and logistic equation.The results showed that leakage ratio of electrolyte increased like "S" curve concomitant with temperature reducing.The semi-lethal temperature for almond was from-14.28 ℃ to-21.52 ℃.Six different varieties of almond had different freezing resistance,most of them were from-16 ℃ to-19 ℃.The Xinjiang local variety has stronger cold tolerance than others.
