摘要
从提高稻壳混凝土抗渗性能的要求出发,对运用新配合比的渠道衬砌抗渗型稻壳混凝土的力学性能进行研究,得到粉煤灰掺量、稻壳掺量和水灰比对稻壳混凝土抗压强度的影响规律。通过对混凝土抗压强度主效应分析得到混凝土抗压强度的影响因素由大到小依次为:水灰比、稻壳掺量、粉煤灰掺量;通过对混凝土二因素间的交互效应分析得到,当3个因素中有一个因素为0时,其他2个因素对混凝土的抗压强度的影响规律为随着2个因素的增大混凝土的抗压强度呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,且在因素水平小于0的变化幅度大于因素水平大于0的变化幅度。
Based on the requirements of improve the anti-permeability of rice husk concrete,mechanical properties was studied and it came to the conclusion that the influencing rule about water-cement ratio、content of rice husk and content of fly ash to the compressive strength of rice husk concrete.After analyzing the main effect mechanical properties of rice husk concrete,we got the factors sequence affecting strengths of concrete of rice husk: Water-cement ratio,Content of rice husk,Content of fly ash.Also,we came to know the result by analyzing the interaction effect between two factors: when one of the three factors equals zero,the compressive strength of rice husk concrete increases first and then decreases as the other two factors increase and the change range is more when the level of factor is below zero than that is above zero.
