武汉市流动人口已婚育龄妇女2715例B超三查情况分析

Analize the three looked up of ultrasound in 2715 married women at reproductive ages of floating population in wuhan

目的:为了配合流动人口的管理工作,了解已婚育龄妇女生殖健康情况。方法:对2715例流动人口已婚育龄妇女进行B超三查(查环、查病、查孕)。结果:宫内节育器位置异常、慢性宫颈疾病、附件包块、子宫肌瘤等发病率较高。结论:流动人口已婚育龄妇女生殖健康不容忽视,政府及有关部门应加大对流动人口育龄妇女生殖健康服务的投入力度,广泛开展生殖健康知识的宣传工作,提高流动人口生殖健康水平。

Objective To evaluate the health of married women at reproductive ages in order to cooperate the management of floating population.Methods Analyzed the three looked up（in the intrauterine device,the uterine diease and the pregnantion）of ultrasound imaging characteristics in 2 715 married women at reproductive ages of floating population in wuhan.Results The dislocation of the intrauterine,chronic cervix disease,tumour in accessory and hysteromyoma were more familiar in married women at reproductive ages of floating population in wuhan. Conclusion The state of reproduction health in married women at reproductive ages is not in an ideal condition.It is necessary for the government to aggrandize the management of floating population strength.
