摘要
目的:探讨健康教育对脊柱骨折患者依从性的影响。方法:将入住的非手术治疗脊柱骨折患者随机分为试验组(40例)和对照组(40例),对照组进行常规护理,试验组在此基础上根据不同个体、不同阶段增加口头讲解、行为指导等宣教方法,分别观察:①两组患者配合医疗护理情况;②两组患者并发症的比较。结果:试验组在实施系统的健康教育后,完全配合医疗护理情况者明显增高,并发症发生率降低,患者参与治疗护理的主动性增强。结论:系统详细的对脊柱骨折患者进行健康教育能促进患者的康复,减少并发症的发生,增强护患沟通,注重家庭系统的支持,是患者康复不可缺少的一部分。
Objective To assess the influence of health education on patients of spinal fractures.Methods Branch of patients with spinal fractures were divided into experimental group(40 people)and the control group(40 people),control group with routine care,the experimental group on the basis of different individual,increase at different stages of oral presentations,education and other methods of behavior guidance,observes separately:①group of patients coordinate the medical care situation;②group of patients send sickness the comparison.Results Experimental group in the implementation of systematic health education,the situation is totally in line with medical care increased significantly.Reduce the incidence of complications,patients to participate in the initiative to enhance care and treatment.Conclusion System of spine fracture of detailed health education can help patients with rehabilitation,decrease complications.It is an indispensable part of patients to strong communication between patients and nurses and pay attention to the family system support.
