肝硬化上消化道出血的急诊救护体会

Experience in treatment and nursing care of patients with hepatic cirrhosis associated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨肝硬化上消化道出血的急诊救治和护理措施,为临床急救处理提供科学依据。方法:将收治的50例肝硬化上消化道出血患者随机分为甲乙两组,甲组28例,采取静脉滴注垂体后叶素并口服凝血酶;乙组22例,采用三腔二囊管压迫止血,管内注入去甲肾上腺素或凝血酶。结果:甲乙两组患者均取得了较好的止血效果,有效率分别为92.8%、90.9%。结论:根据病情采取合适的急救措施,实施全面的护理计划,对抢救有极大帮助,可提高患者的抢救成功率。

Objective To explorer the clinical treatment and nursing method of patients with hepatic cirrhosis associated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which could provide the scientific basis of clinical emergency treatment.Methods 50 cases of liver cirrhosis with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted by our hospital emergency department were randomly divided into two groups,28 cases for group A,22 cases for group B.Vasopression was intravenously infused and thrombin was orally given in the group A;hemostasis with Seng-staken-Blakemore tube and injection of norepineprine or thrombin were adopted in the group B.Results All patients achieved good hemostasis,effective rate were 92.8%、 90.9%.Conclusion The comprehensive emergency measures combined with careful nursing care can effectively prevent complications in the treatment of hepatic cirrhosis associated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.
