目的:探讨美盐在溃疡清创期的自溶清创效果。方法:收集16例病例,按照有无明显感染,分别采用"常规法"及"密封法"使用美盐,以观察自溶清创效果。结果:16例病例均达到自溶清创的效果。结论:美盐用于溃疡清创期,在促进伤口自溶清创,缩短炎性反应期过程方面有明显效果。

Objective Explore beauty salt in ulcer debridement period of cell debridement effect.Methods According to collect 16 cases,are there any obvious infection,respectively by means of ＂routine method＂ and ＂seal method＂ used to observe beauty salt resulting debridement effect. Results All cases achieved resulting debridement effect.Conclusion Beauty salt for ulcer debridement period,resulting in promoting wound debridement,shorten inflammation period process have obvious effect.
