回油孔式高压油泵柱塞弹簧断裂对柴油机运行工况的影响

Influence of the Broken of Bosch Pump's Plunger Spring upon the Diesel Engine Operating Conditions

针对一起船舶柴油机高压油泵柱塞弹簧断裂的故障,分析柱塞弹簧断裂的原因,认为因存在有材料缺陷、疲劳、异物进入及装配不当等问题,致使柱塞弹簧断裂,影响高压油泵柱塞的运动、油量调节以及高压油泵供油特性,最终影响柴油机的运行工况。提出日常管理中应注意的事项。

By analyzing the reasons for the plunger spring＇s broken in the bosch pump of a high-pressure diesel engine,the authors concluded that the a breakdown accident was caused by material defects,fatigue fracture,foreign body entering,assembly improper and so on.And the break of plunger spring would affect the plunger＇s movement,fuel regulator,properties of providing fuel as well as operating conditions of diesel engine.Some matters to be paid attention in the daily maintaining were proposed.
