摘要 基于光子晶体光纤F-P的窄带滤波特性和液晶折射率对温度变化敏感特性,提出了一种用于高压电器温度测量的温度传感器系统。该系统主要由液晶填充的光子晶体光纤F-P腔传感器、光纤F-P滤波器、放大电路和显示模块组成。将向列型液晶填充在光子晶体光纤F-P腔内,温度变化引起最大反射光强点波长的变化,采用光纤F-P腔滤波器解调出光波长的变化,并利用液晶折射率与温度之间的关系,经过数据处理,实现温度的实时测量。系统具有本征安全、高精度、高电绝缘和抗电磁干扰等优点,特别适合于高压电器的温度在线检测。与W ZPB-1型标准铂电阻温度计的对比实验结果表明,测温区间在25℃~90℃时,该系统的测量精度优于±0.1℃。 The temperature sense system used on temperature measure for the high voltage apparatus is presented based on the characteristics of narrow band filtering of the photonic crystal fiber(PCF)Fabry-Perot(F-P) cavity and liquid crystal refractive index sensitive to temperature.The system is consisted of the optic source,liquid crystals filling F-P cavity temperature sensor of PCF,fiber F-P cavity filter,signal amplification circuits and display module.The temperature may be real-time measured based on the wavelength of the maximum optical power point change of PCF F-P cavity which the nematic liquid crystals filled in,wavelength changed represented by fiber F-P cavity filter,the relation of liquid crystal refractive index with temperature,and data processing.The sense system is special suit to the high voltage apparatus temperature on-line as it has the perspective of the intrinsically safe,high precision,high electrical insulation and anti-electromagnetic interference.The comparative tests with WZPB-1 type standard platinum resistor thermometer show that the measuring accuracy of this system is better than ±0.1 ℃ between 25 ℃ and 90 ℃.
