摘要
为了实现涡扇发动机的智能控制,针对传统传感器测量精度不高,易受外界环境干扰的问题,设计了一种通过测量发电机电压信号获取发动机转速的智能转速传感器,利用动态分频法进行了软件设计,并设计了软硬件抗干扰方案。实验结果表明,该智能传感器实时性好,测量精度高,抗干扰能力强,适用于涡扇发动机的分布式控制系统。
The traditional sensors have no high measure precision and also can be easily affected by work environment,so it is hard to realize intelligent control of turbofan engine.For solving this problem,a smart speed sensor was designed,which got the speed of turbofan engine by measuring generator voltage.The software program was compiled by dynamically dividing frequency of speed signal.The anti-interference measures were implemented,especially the design of digital filter.The experiment indicates that the smart speed sensor responses rapidly,which also has high measure precision and great anti-interference performance.So the designed smart speed sensor is suitable for distributed control system of turbofan engine.
