当前高等职业院校学生整体素质偏低,这在某种程度上制约了高等职业院校的进一步发展,新一轮人才培养模式要求高职院校人才培养应突出岗位技能的重要性。因此,在学生职业素养的建构中,不仅要结合专业特点,还要在训练观念、训练内容、训练模式和训练机制上进行转变和创新,这才是高职院校提升培养层次与目标的途径之所在。

Nowadays, the overall quality of the students in vocational colleges is somewhat low, which to a certain extent has already restricted the colleges＂ further development. The new talents cultivation model highlights the importance of job skills. Therefore, in the construction of students＂ professionalism, training concepts, training content, training modules and training mechanisms should be changed and innovated based on the feature of the specialties to raise the training level and achieve the training goals.
