The aesthetical experience comes from the image of outer world, and also a spirit phenomenon which is produced by activities of the higher nervous system of the human brain. So there is a close relationship between the aesthetical experience and the laws of human consciousness. The human consciousness is adaptability, freedom, diversity and unity. These laws of human consciousness display in the aesthetical experience, determine the process and pattern of the aesthetical experience, and affect its different realms.
