地域文化是特定民族对其所处生存环境的资源加以选择、利用和再创造的体现。地域文化定义了资源,但也不能离开资源抽象地存在。西江千户苗寨的地域文化非常独特,体现了当地苗族与其环境资源的独特融合。维护和发展千户苗寨的文化,要从保护其所处的环境做起。

Regional culture is the reflection that one specific nation chooses, utilizes and recreates its resources of the living environment. Regional culture defines the resources, while it can＇t exist without the resources. The regional culture of Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village is very unique, which reflects the unique integration of the local nation of Miao and its environmental resources. Preserving and developing the culture of Qianhu Miao Village should start with preserving the environment.
