摘要 虽然彼得·德鲁克的管理思想包罗万象,但始终贯穿一条人本主义基本线索。他一生中始终积极探索人是什么?、人应是什么?、人如何实现自身等问题,并在教学、管理实践中践行这些人本思想。 Peter Drucker＇s management thought is of rich resources,but there is a humanistic basic clue.Drucker actively explores ＂What is person？＂,＂what should be person？＂,＂Person how to achieve their own＂ and other issues in his life,and he put into practice the ideas in teaching and management practices.
