摘要 高层管理团队的平均任期、平均年龄、平均组织承诺水平、平均组织公民行为水平与员工变革接受度正相关;创始人团队是否为职业经理人团队、高层管理团队是否具有成功经验以及高层管理团队的所有权持有比例等三项高层管理团队权力也会影响高管团队对变革的投入和其他员工对变革的接受度。 In crises more organizatins face the changes.This paper submits and analyzes two factors about the top management team impact to the organizational change:the particular trend and the power of the top management team.On one hand the tenure of office,age and the organization promise of the top management and organizational citizen behavour can give impact to enterprise employment acceptance of the organizational change;On the other hand the top management team is of the power such as CEO,change of the management experience,and the right will give impact to the change and acceptance of the other employers.
