摘要
根据我国学校体育法规的特殊性,以基本理论为切入点,站在科技创新的视角上,依托哲学、法学、体育学、管理学等学科及相关的政策,对学校体育法规体系的结构进行了内容和形式2个方面的研究,并阐述构建学校体育法规体系的法制意义和主要原则,进而对其基本框架进行探索性的构建.
According to the particularity of school sports regulations in China,taking basic theory as the breakthrough point,coordinating the view of science and technology innovation,relying on philosophy,law,policy,sports,management,it was studied the regulation system of school physical education contents and forms,the structure of the two aspects.It was considered the construction of school sports regulations system and the principal legal meaning,and the basic framework of exploratory construction.
