葡萄酒品尝学实验课是贯穿于学生学习葡萄酒品尝学全过程的实践性教学环节,实验准备工作是实验课的重要。文中探讨了葡萄酒品尝学实验教学的准备程序及重点环节,为从事相关实验准备的实验技术人员提供可借鉴的方法和经验。
Winetasting experiment class is an experimental part going throughout the whole Winetasing course.The work in preparation stage is very important in experiment class.This paper discusses the preparation procedure in winetasting experiment,which can be served as references for the correlative experimental preparation.
