深部软岩巷道锚注联合支护技术研究 被引量:50

Research and case analysis of bolting-grouting combined support technology in deep soft-rock roadway

摘要 基于千米埋深的唐口煤矿巷道围岩矿物成分分析、岩石力学性质试验及地应力测试的结果,提出了采用锚注联合支护方案进行深部高应力膨胀性软岩巷道支护设计。通过FLAC 3D数值模拟,验证支护设计的可行性和优化支护参数;通过矿压监测,评价支护设计的合理性和支护效果。工程实践表明,锚注联合支护技术有效地控制了深部软岩巷道围岩的大变形和底臌,维持了巷道的长期稳定,取得了良好的技术经济效果。 Based on results of mineral composition analysis,rock's mechanical property test and geological mechanics test of the roadway surrounding rock in Tangkou coal mine buried at a depth of over 1000 meter,bolting-grouting combined support scheme was proposed to the support design of deep swelling soft-rock roadway under high stress.By means of the numerical simulation based on FLAC 3D,feasibility of the support design was verified and parameters of the support were optimized.And the rationality as well as the effect of the support were evaluated through mine pressure monitoring.Engineering practices indicate that,bolting-grouting combined support can control the large deformation and bottom heave of deep soft-rock roadway effectively and maintain long-term stability of the roadway with good technical and economic results.
