转化生长因子β1和基质金属蛋白酶2在多发病灶乳头状甲状腺癌中的表达及意义

Expression and clinical significances of TGF-β1 and MMP-2 in papillary thyroid carcinoma with multiple foci

目的探讨转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)和基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)在多发病灶乳头状甲状腺癌(PTC)中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测47例多灶性PTC中TGF-β1和MMP-2的表达,以癌旁组织及单灶PTC作对照,比较TGF-β1和MMP-2的阳性表达与多灶性PTC侵袭转移、复发等因素的关系及两者表达的相关性。结果 TGF-β1和MMP-2在多灶性PTC中的表达均高于单灶PTC和癌旁组织,与多灶性PTC腺外浸润、淋巴结转移、肿瘤复发有关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、家族史、是否是微小癌、多灶性PTC中病灶数目无关(P>0.05);TGF-β1和MMP-2二者表达呈正相关(r=0.920,P=0.000)。结论 TGF-β1和MMP-2在多灶性PTC中阳性表达率高,与发生侵袭、转移和复发密切相关,两者可作为判断PTC生物学行为的指标。

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of TGF-β1 and MMP-2 in mulitifocal papillary thyroid carcinoma（PTC）.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to investigate the expression of TGF-β1 and MMP-2 in 47 cases of mulitifocal PTC and adjacent tissues.The expression of TGF-β1 and MMP-2 and the risk factors were analyzed between solitary PTC and multifocal PTC group.Results There were significant difference between mulitifocal thyroid cancer tissues,single focal PTCs and the adjacent tissue（P0.05）.Overexpressions of TGF-β1 and MMP-2 in mulitifocal PTCs were related to the degree of the infiltration,lymph node metastasis and tumor recurrence（P0.05）.The expression of TGF-β1 was correlated positively with MMP-2（r=0.920,P=0.000）.There was significant difference in expressions of TGF-β1 and MMP-2 between mulitifocal and single focal PTCs in lymph node metastasis and tumor recurrence groups（P0.05）.Conclusions The high expressions of TGF-β1 and MMP-2 in mulitifocal PTCs relate to the development,invasion,metastasis and recurrence.TGF-β1 and MMP-2 might be considered as biologic behavior indicators of mulitifocal PTC.
