HPLC法测定盐酸赛洛唑啉滴鼻液的含量

Determination for Xylometazoline Hydrochloride Nazal Drops by RP-HPLC

应用反相高效液相色谱法，采用SpherisortDDS柱，以0．02mol／L磷酸二氢钠溶液（pH=3．5）-乙腈（50：50）为流动相，检测波长为230nm，对盐酸赛洛唑啉的含量进行了测定。其平均回收率为100．0％，RSD为0．62％（n=6）。该法专属性强，能克服辅料的干扰且操作简单、快速、结果准确。

This Paper reports a determination method for Xylometazoline Hydrochloride Nazal Drops, using RP - HPLC with a Spherisorb ODS(M) column (4. 6 mm×250mm) and 0. 02 mol/L of Sodium Dihydrophosphate(pH 3. 5)- Acetonitrile (50: 50) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was 230nm, the average recovery (n= 6) was 100. 0%, RSD = 0. 62%. The method proved specific, accurate and prompt.
