以卵巢转移癌为特点的胃癌一例
摘要
患者女，71岁，因反复腹痛、腹胀1年，加重20d入院。患者1年前开始出现全腹持续性闷胀痛，进食加重，不伴恶心、呕吐等症状，近20d症状加重，右下腹更甚，体重下降10k，遂入我院消化科。
