摘要
从刘寄奴中提取总黄酮，用聚酰胺层析分离，通过紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮含量为0.18％。
A polyamide chromatography method has been established to isolate flavones from Siphonostegia Chinesis Benth and the content of 0. 18% was obtained by applying UV spectrophotometry method.
