六角锌片冲压模的设计

Design of Punching Die for the Hexagonal Zinc Slice

通过对传统电池行业锌片生产分析,发现其存在的问题,并研究出解决方案。为提高材料利用率,用六角形锌片取代圆形锌片。根据六角形锌片的形状特点,研究其成形难度,确定了零件成形的工艺方案,设计并制造了该种冲压模数套,并生产出合格零件。

In this paper,we have analyzied existing questions in production of zinc slice and studied out this dissolving project in the traditional battery industry.In order to improve the rate of the utilition ratio of materials,we substitute for the old round zinc slice with the new hexagonal one.According to the shape characteristics of the hexagonal zinc slice,we look into its forming difficulty,and have determined the forming craft plan of components.We have designed and produced a few sets of punching die,and qualified products can be producted.
