环境因素对TiO_2/SiO_2复合纳米薄膜表面色度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 色度值是评价薄膜材料表面形貌的一个重要因素指标。目前开展的有关各种环境因素对薄膜材料表面色度影响的研究工作还很少,大部分比较侧重单一因素。本文用CM-2600d分光测色计测试TiO2/SiO2复合纳米薄膜在综合、酸浸泡、碱浸泡、紫外、湿热、浸烘六种腐蚀老化环境中表面色度变化,同时考察了环境对样品色度单一值L、a、b的影响。结果表明几种环境对材料色度影响从小到大依次为:湿热老化<紫外老化<综合老化<酸浸泡老化<碱浸泡老化<浸烘老化。 Chromaticity value is an important factor index of evaluating the morphology of the thin films surface.Currently the research work about the effects of various environmental factors on the surface chromaticity of thin films is a little,and most of them focused on a single factor.In this paper,the surface chromaticity change of the thin films is tested by the CM-2600d spectrocolorimeter in such six corrosive environment as integrated,acid soaked,alkali soaked,UV,humid heat,dip bakiong and so on,and the affecting single chromaticity value L,a,b by environment is also studied.The results show that the influence of various environment on the chromaticity of the thin films is from small to large as follows: humid heat aging UV aging integrated aging acid soaked agingalkali soaked aging dip baking aging.
