摘要
本文针对锻造成型的10CrMoAl合金钢进行不同的热处理后,观察显微组织和测试力学性能。结果表明:随着正火温度的升高,力学性能提高。在正火后进行回火处理,可以得到比较稳定的显微组织,得到比较好的综合性能,使用970℃正火+630℃回火可以达到所需要的要求。
In this paper,microstructure and mechanical properties of forging 10CrMoAl alloy steel after different heat treatment are tested.The results show that when the normalizing temperature is increased,the mechanical properties is improved.The better comprehensive properties and more stable microstructure are able to gain after normalizing+tempering,and arrive the requirements after normalizing at 970 ℃+tempering at 630 ℃.
