摘要
可控气氛高温大型密封多用炉采用耐高温抗渗碳纤维和耐火砖制成的复合炉衬,最高工作温度1100℃,装炉量可达5000 kg。炉底装有耐热钢滚轮,料盘进出摩擦力小,机械机构简单可靠;控制系统准确、简单实用,易操作。可广泛应用于各种碳钢和合金钢机械零部件的渗碳、碳氮共渗、光亮淬火及模具钢高温淬火、不锈钢零件的固溶处理等工艺。
The lining of the controlled atmosphere large-type high temperature sealing multipurpose furnace is made of resistant high temperature,ant-carburizing fibre and firebrick.The highest working temperature of the furnace is 1100 ℃.The charge batch is 5000 kg.There are some refractory steel wheels on the hearth of the furnace in order to reducing friction of loading tray.The controlling system is simple,precie,dependable,practical,easy operating.The furnace can widely be used many kinds of heat treatments such as carburizing,carbonitriding,bright-quenching of mould steel parts,high temperature quenching of die steel,solution treatment of stainless steel etc.
