microRNA靶分子在人类消化系肿瘤诊断和治疗中的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 microRNA(miRNA)是一类非编码小分子RNA,主要参与基因转录后水平的调控,在肿瘤的发生、发展中扮演着重要的角色。恶性肿瘤组织和血液循环中存在着不同于正常机体的特征性miRNA表达谱,测定这些miRNA的表达可以成为恶性肿瘤早期诊断和预后判断的重要手段,而人为的干预体内miRNA表达可以达到治疗肿瘤的目的。
