经皮肺穿刺给药治愈广泛耐药性肺结核一例 被引量:3

摘要 患者女,24岁,护士。因间断咳嗽近2年,夜间盗汗半个月,于2007年1月4日入院。患者2年前曾被诊断为原发性耐多药肺结核。在两次住院治疗中进行了15次纤支镜介入治疗。每次气道内注药异烟肼0.2g、阿米卡星0.4g。18个月的免疫治疗(母牛分枝杆菌菌苗,前3个月每周1次,每次22.5μg,以后为两周1次,后6个月每月1次)及中西医结合治疗,病情好转出院,共住院222d。
