无创性超声显像法对正常成人冠状动脉左、右及回旋支血流速度指标的测定 被引量:2

摘要 目的应用经胸超声显像(TTE)对成人冠状动脉血流速度进行测量,获得冠状动脉内血流速度的正常值,提供国内正常人的冠状动脉基础血流数据,为常规应用TTE分析和诊断冠心病提供参考指标。方法选择180例健康志愿者,TTE测得冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)的近段、中远段,回旋支(LCX)的近段或中远段,右后降支(PRD)的中远段的血流速度,对测得数据进行统计分析。结果 LAD近段平均血流速度为男(28.42±5.27)cm/s,女(27.23±4.91)cm/s;LAD中、远段为男(27.05±5.38)cm/s,女(26.18±5.37)cm/s;PRD中、远段为男(25.94±5.38)cm/s,女(25.13±4.39)cm/s;LCX近或中、远段为男(26.28±5.12)cm/s,女(25.57±4.63)cm/s;血流速度测值比较:LAD、PRD和LCX各支间、血管近段和中远段间、不同性别间,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 TTE测得的冠状动脉LAD、PRD及LCX的血流速度可以重复;正常成人冠状动脉内血流速度指标的确定,对于发现和分析冠状动脉内血流动力学的异常和诊断冠心病可提供定量的参照依据。
