系统性红斑狼疮相关肾盂输尿管积水九例成功治疗经验

摘要肾盂输尿管积水是系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）的少见并发症，常号漫性假性肠梗阻合并出现，其病因及发病机制目前研究不清，与消化道症状相比，其相对隐匿，如果治疗不及时，可以导致肾功能受损，严重者甚至可致急性肾功能衰竭，需行肾盂造瘘或D—J管植入，患者生存质量严重受损。
