胃癌合并2型糖尿病患者手术治疗10例 被引量:4

摘要 近年来糖尿病的外科手术治疗多数患者手术后一周血糖即恢复正常,特别是一些重度糖尿病患者,术前每天应用近80—100IU胰岛素,血糖仍控制不尽理想,而行胃转流手术后血糖便迅速恢复正常,疗效较为明显,因而越来越受到胃肠外科医师的重视。
