组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎一例
摘要
患者女，27岁。以“不规则发热5个月，颈部淋巴结明显肿大2个月”为主诉于门诊就诊。该患者于5个月前开始发热（39～40oC），全身淋巴结轻度肿大，特别是右腋窝淋巴结和颈部淋巴结肿大明显，凸起于锁骨上窝，明显疼痛。
