16排螺旋CT对小肠间质瘤的诊断价值

The role of 16-slice spiral CT on the diagnosis of small intestine stromal tumor

目的评价16排螺旋CT对小肠间质瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析我院2009年1月至2009年12月期间30例经手术病理证实小肠间质瘤的患者行16排螺旋CT表现。结果良性间质瘤表现为肿块密度均匀,边缘光滑。增强扫描肿块呈轻度至明显强化,肿块强化以静脉期明显。恶性间质瘤表现为不规则软组织肿块,主要向腔外突出,密度不均匀,中央密度低,增强扫描呈不均匀强化,边缘强化明显,中央见低密度坏死区不强化。结论 16排螺旋CT扫描检查对小肠间质瘤的定位、定性诊断具有重要价值。

Objective To evaluate the role of 16-slice spiral CT on the diagnosis of small intestine stromal tumor.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed among 30 cases who were pathologically confirmed by surgery as small intestinal stromal tumors and underwent 16-slice spiral CT in our hospital from January 2009 to December in 2009. Results The manifestations of benign intestinal stromal tumors with uniform density and smooth edge. Enhanced scanning results showed mild or obvious enhanced mass, at an uniform density, mass enhancement was shown to be significantly at venous phase. Malignant stromal tumor showed an irregular soft tissue mass, mainly protruded outwards the cavity, the density was uneven and the central was at a low density, enhanced scanning results showed inhomogeneous enhancement, clear edge enhancement, the low-density necrotic area was not enhanced. Conclusion The 16-slice spiral CT scan examination plays a crucial role on the diagnosis of the small intestine stromal tumor location and qualitative diagnosis.
