番禺地区眼外伤流行病学分析

Epidemiological analysis for ocular trauma in panyu district

目的调查广州市番禺区眼外伤流行病学以及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2007年7月至2009年12月间住院治疗的人口统计学资料、眼外伤病因、治疗、受伤部位等。结果 86%的患者小于50岁,男多于女,其中穿通伤为受伤的主要原因,多数患者需手术治疗,角膜为常见的受伤部位。结论眼外伤仍是番禺地区较为主要的致盲原因,随着医疗技术如显微手术,玻璃体切割,辅助检查的发展,预后已大大提高,但眼科医生仍有较大的责任去加强眼外伤预防宣教。

Objective To investigate the epidemiology and treatment of ocular trauma in Panyu District, Guangzhou. Methods A retrospective analysis of patients hospitalized due to ocular trauma from July 2007 to December 2009, including demographic information, offending agent, type of treatment, location where trauma occurred, etc.Results 86%of patients were less than 50 year old, the male patients was majority, penetration trauma was the most common reason, most patients had to accept operation, and cornea was the most common site of trauma. Conclusion The ocular trauma is still a most common cause of blindness in Panyu District. Along with the development of medical techniques such as microsurgery, PPV, Diagnostic examination, the prognosis is more proved, but oculist still has the responsibility to strengthen preventions of ocular trauma.
