摘要
目的:研究中药组方补肾通络方萃取物经超导透入治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效,探讨其防治骨性关节炎的可行性。方法:24只新西兰大白兔随机分为模型组(8只)、中药组(8只)、治疗组(8只)。右膝关节内注射木瓜蛋白酶建立兔膝骨性关节炎模型,左膝为正常对照组。成模后中药组患膝外涂中药组方萃取物,治疗组将中药萃取物经超导透入患膝,8周后镜下观察各组动物模型关节软骨、滑膜组织形态学变化及硝酸还原酶法测NO浓度。结果:中药组滑膜及软骨组织形态学改变略轻于模型组,治疗组关节改变较模型组明显减轻,且滑膜组织NO浓度明显降低(P<0.01);结论中药萃取物超导透入较传统外敷用药更能够减轻兔膝骨性关节炎的软骨退行性变和滑膜炎症。
Objective: To observe the effect on treating knee osteoarthritis with TCM extract bushentongluo permeate by the superconducting, explore the feasibility of prevention and treatment of osteoarthritis. Methods: 24 New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into model group (8), TCM group (8), treatment group (8). Papain injected into right knee joint to establish rabbit model of osteoarthritis, left knee was the normal control group, after modeling, knee of TCM groups treated with TCM animal models of all groups, synovial tissue morphology and measure the concentration of NO with nitrate reductase. Result: Morphological changes of synovium and cartilage slightly of TCM groups lighter than the model group, treatment group compared with model group, the changes of joint significantly reduced, and the synovial tissue NO levels were significantly lower (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Chinese extract superconducting penetration is more than the traditional topical medication to relieve osteoarthritis of rabbit knee cartilage degeneration and synovitis disease.
