中西医结合治疗老年性阴道炎140例

Treatment of senile vaginitis 140 cases in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗老年性阴道炎的作用。方法:以中药升提益肾止浊汤与已烯雌酚配合治疗老年性阴道炎140例。结果:疗效评定参照江苏省《常见疾病临床诊断和疗效标准》进行。基本治愈(临床症状消失,妇科检查外阴、阴道及宫颈无充血,分泌物减少)137例,无效(临床症状及体征无改善)3例,总有效率97.9%。结论:老年性阴道炎乃绝经后卵巢功能减退,雌激素水平低落所致,中医认为本病乃气阴两亏,脾肾不足,温热下结之故。全方合用补脾肾,益气阴,祛湿热,则疾病自愈,配合西药提高激素水平,更起到事半功倍的作用。

Objective： To dicuss the effect of treatment of senile vaginitis in the integrative medicine. Methods： TCM by shengti yishen zhizhuo decoction decoction and diethylstilbestrol treatment of senile vaginitis with 140 cases. Results： Efficacy evaluation with reference to Jiangsu Province, the clinical diagnosis and treatment of common diseases standards. Basic cure （clinical symptoms disappeared, gynecological examination the vulva, vagina and cervix without congestion, secretions decrease） in 137 cases, invalid （no improvement of clinical symptoms and signs） 3 cases, the total efficiency of 97.9%. Conclusion： Senile vaginitis in postmenopausal ovarian function is diminished due to low estrogen levels, the thoughts of TCM this disease is a deficiency of both Qi and Yin, spleen and kidney deficiency, warm it under the knot. All parties combined spleen and kidneys, Qi Yin, dampness heat, the disease self-healing, hormone levels increase with the western medicine, more play a multiplier role
