中医院执业护理人员中医认知与中医能力的调查分析

Survey analysis of TCM cognitive and TCM ability of nursing staff in TCM hospital

目的:调查护理人员对中医理念、中医知识、中医诊疗措施的接受度。方法:采用调查问卷,研究对象为一中医院校附属医院的护理工作人员。抽样方法为方便抽样。共发放200份问卷,回收有效问卷192份。结果:中医知识部分中医基本概念得分最高,而得分最低为中医诊断基本概念。中医知识应答的平均正确率为67%。护理人员对中医持积极态度。中医态度、中医知识、中医行为之间有正相关。结论:应注重对护理人员中医知识培训,从而强化中医情感和中医行为。

Objective： To investigate accepted level of Chinese philosophy, TCM knowledge, diagnosis and treatment measures on nurses. Methods： Nurses of TCM university affiliated hospital is survey object, by questionnaire. 200 questionnaires were distributed, 192 valid questionnaires. Results： Basic concepts of TCM has a high score, and basic concepts of TCM diagnosis has a low score in TCM knowledge. TCM knowledge of the average correct response rate of 67%. Positive attitude of nurses on TCM. Chinese attitudes, TCM knowledge, Chinese medicine has a positive correlation between behavior. Conclusion： Should focus on training of nursing staff, thereby strengthening the emotional and TCM behavior.
