目的:通过PDCA循环法进行围手术期护理,提高手术室护理质量。方法:将PDCA循环法的质量管理程序应用于手术室术前、术中、术后护理阶段到反馈、评价阶段。结果:通过PDCA循环法临床实践收到了很好的疗效。结论:PDCA循环模式应用于围手术期的护理质量管理中,将质量管理从简单的事后控制转为事前、事中和事后评价的系统管理过程,从而使护理质量持续提高。

Objective： To enhance the quality of care in operating room by PDCA circulation method. Methods： The PDCA cycle method quality control procedures used in the operating room before surgery, postoperative care phase to the feedback and evaluation stage. Result： Clinical practice through the PDCA cycle method has received good effects. Conclusion： PDCA cycle method used in perioperative nursing quality management, the quality control from a simple post into before, during and after the evaluation of the system management process, so that the quality of care continued to improve.
