庆阳市受区位条件、生态环境等不利基础因素的影响,社会经济发展长期滞后。近几年来,庆阳丰富的煤炭资源的勘探发现和新形势下旅游资源、特色农产品优势的显现,给庆阳经济发展带来了新的历史机遇。在此新起点上全面分析庆阳区域经济发展的优势、不足、机遇与挑战,科学的研究区域经济发展策略具有重要意义。庆阳市应以国家能源战略布局调整和全省经济战略布局调整为契机,积极改善基础设施条件,加快能源化工基地建设,提高对外合作发展水平,优化产业结构,重视生态保护和建设,促进区域经济社会持续协调发展。

Due to the limitations and influence of the regional conditions and the ecological environment as well as other adverse conditions,the economy in Qingyang has been impeded for a long time.In recent years,with the exploration and discovery of the coal resources,and the ever-growing development of the tourism resources and special agricultural products,it brings new historical opportunities.Based on the whole analysis of the regional economy development in different aspects ranged from its advantages and chances to its disadvantages and limitations,it is very significant and important to study the regional social development strategies.Qingyang should take the advantage of the strategic adjustment of the energy structure and the economic structure of the whole province,to continue to strengthen infrastrusture and accelate the construction of the energy and chemical base,to improve the capability of co-operation with the outside world and optimize and upgrade the industrial structure,and to pay much attention to the environment and resources protection.In doing so,we could promote the sustainable development of the regional economy and society.
