摘要
课堂管理是作为一名教师为建立和维持一种有效的学习环境所采取的一系列行动,它是有效课堂教学的一个极为重要的方面。因此,课堂管理也是教师所面临的较为困难的挑战之一。本文主要从学生学习的动机引发角度对课堂管理进行探究,试图寻找建立有效课堂管理的方法和途径。
classroom management is a series of action for a teacher to establish a kind of effective learning environment.And,it is also a very important aspect of effective teaching course.So,classroom management became one of challenge for teachers.This paper aims to an effective method.This article mainly studies the classroom management from the angle of the motive cause,trying to establish effective management of classroom methods and channels.
