摘要 介绍氨肥法脱硫工艺的工艺流程、影响因素、主要设备及在800 kt/a硫磺制酸装置尾气处理中的运行情况。用合成氨装置产出的稀氨水吸收硫酸装置尾气中的SO_2,生成亚硫酸氢铵和亚硫酸铵溶液;在催化剂的存在下及严格控制的工艺条件下,向溶液中鼓入空气,将亚盐氧化为硫酸铵,硫酸铵溶液浓缩至400 g/L后送复合肥厂作为原料。尾气ρ(SO_2)低于70mg/m^3,亚盐氧化率达98%以上,整个工艺过程不产生任何污水。 Ammonia-fertilizer desulphurization process is described with respects to its process flow, influencing factors and key equipment, as well as application in the tail gas treatment of an 800 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphu- tic acid plant. SO2 from sulphuric acid plant was absorbed in dilute aqueous ammonia to form ammonium bisulphite and sulphite solution. In existence of catalyst and under strictly controlled process conditions, air was sprayed into the solution to oxidize sulphites to sulphates, which then was concentrated to 400 g/L and sent to a compound fertilizer plant as raw material. With 98% sulphites being was not any waste water discharged from the process. oxidized, S02 emission was less than 70 mg/m3 and there
