硫铁矿制酸装置“四改八”项目的实施及特点

Implementation and features of Four to Eight Expansion of a pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant

介绍广西鹿寨化肥有限责任公司硫铁矿制酸装置"四改八"项目的实施及特点。通过对现有设备逐一进行分析,保留了原料系统、电除尘器、洗涤塔、电除雾器、干吸塔等设备,新建了沸腾炉、废热锅炉、转化系统等设备。改造后装置产能达到300 t/d,尾气SO_2排放量低于380 mg/m^3,工作环境得到明显改善。

The implementation and features of Four to Eight Project of Luzhai Fertilizer Co., Ltd.＇s pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant are described. Based on the analysis of existing every equipment, some ones such as raw material system, dry and wet electrostatic precipitators, scrubbing tower, drying and absorption towers, were remained while the others, such as fluidized bed rotator, waste boilers, conversion system were replaced. After restart, the plant capacity reached 330 t/d with SO2 emission less than 380 mg/m3 and significantly improved workplace.
