摘要
选取聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)和四氟乙烯、六氟丙烯及偏氟乙烯的共聚物(THV)为原料,通过合理设计喷丝板组件和调节纺丝工艺,采用复合纺丝法制备了六瓣聚合物光纤试样。主要研究了纺丝温度、计量泵转速等纺丝参数对光纤可纺性及截面形状的影响。研究结果表明:通过复合纺丝法制备六瓣聚合物光纤是可行的。
THV,PMMA as raw materials were selected to fabricate polymer six segmented cladding fiber by composite spinning through the rational design of the spinneret pack and regulation of spinning process.The effect of spinning temperature,number of metering pumps and other parameters on the spinnability of optical fiber and its cross section were studied.The results showed that fabricate polymer six segmented cladding fiber by composite spinning was available.
