The Development and Applications of Heat-resistant and Antioxidant PA66 Fiber

主要介绍耐高温、抗氧化锦纶66纤维及其弹性纬纱的制造方法、关键技术、创新点及应用。确定了硬脂酸稀土、醋酸铜、碘化钾以100∶5∶1的比例组成改性剂,对锦纶66进行改性,同时采用棉做皮纱、耐热锦纶66为芯纱的包芯工艺,制得包芯纱,用于子午线轮胎中。

This article mainly introduced the manufacturing methods,the key technology,innovation and application of heat-resistant and antioxidant PA66 fiber.PA66 fiber was treated with modifier of stearate rare-earth,cupric acetate and potassium iodide（blending proportion 100∶5∶1）.The cotton was used as sheath and PA66 fiber was used as core to produce core-spun yarn for tyre-cord application.
