Taking Shanghai Mall City for example,the article analyzes the process of integrating the system with the design according to the certification requirements of LEED-NC silver housing standard during the planning and design of the residential quarters,and discusses the integration means and strategies including site features and planning and design,rainfall characteristics and roofing construction,indoor environment and application of new technology,and energy efficiency optimization and design of building envelope.
