工业化住宅是指采用工业化、产业化生产经营方式生产的住宅,是住宅产业化的标志性产品。对国内住宅工业化企业中节能环保技术应用进行了调查,分为节能环保技术的综合应用、工业化装修技术、太阳能利用技术等,为其他运用住宅工业化技术的企业提供了借鉴。

Industrialized housing refers to housing produced by industrialized production and operating mode,which is a marking product of residential industrialization. The article carries out a survey of the application of energy saving and environmentally friendly technologies in China＇s domestic housing industrialized enterprises,which include integrated application of energy saving and environmentally friendly technologies,industrialized decoration technology,and solar energy utilization technology,providing reference for other enterprises applying housing industrialized technologies.
